Let’s go for another food trip experience in Baguio City. We are going to King Chef Dimsum Kitchen at The Orchard Hotel on Legarda Road. Established in 2010, King Chef is an authentic Cantonese restaurant owned by Michael Chan Ang and Marites Apiado-Ang. They opened their first restaurant along Banawe Street in Quezon City.

The first thing you’ll notice upon entering King Chef Dimsum Kitchen is its clean, elegant design. The interior strikes a balance between modern sophistication and traditional Chinese aesthetics – combining red and gold colors looks great. The atmosphere features warm lighting, spacious seating, and subtle oriental touches. It invites both casual diners and special occasion guests to settle in comfortably.

The large windows offer a nice peek at the pine-dotted cityscape outside. This makes it a cozy spot to enjoy a warm meal on a cool Baguio day.

Kuchay Dumplings. Steamed fresh and juicy pork, shrimp and chives dumplings. (₱ 170)
Machang. Steamed glutinous rice with chicken and mushroom wrapped in fragrant lotus leaves. (₱ 150)
Beef Brisket Noodles. Hot bowl of fresh egg noodles in a rich and flavorful soup topped with tender braised beef brisket. (₱ 290)
Sweet & Sour Pork Rice. Crispy and juicy pork loin slices, pineapples, onions, and bell peppers in sweet and sour sauce. Served with steamed Jasmine rice. (₱320)
Fried Chicken Rice. Crispy Fried Chicken Legs with Steamed plain rice and boiled bok choy (Chinese cabbage). (₱270)
Almond Fish Gelatin. A classic dessert that is lightly sweet, smooth and creamy. (₱ 180)
